OVERVIEW
OpenCorp is an Australian based property investment company that assists and guides everyday investors through all stages of their investment journey. OpenCorp have collectively been involved in over $4 billion worth of property transactions and the acquisition of more than 7000 homes and investment properties.
We are looking for a Research & Administration Assistant for our Acquisition Team. The role is a full-time position and will be an integral part of our growing team.
Key responsibilities
Market Research
• Assist the Acquisition team with market research & creation of sales material including Market Research Reports & Area Property Reports.
• Provide Sales collateral and market reports for investors to assist with the sales pipeline
Stock Packaging
• Prepare House & Land Packages, liaise with builders and sourcing rental appraisals.
• Actioning relevant stock administration; preparing stock brochures & loading to CRM.
Relationships
• Assist with communication and maintaining relationships with key developers and builders.
General
• Maintain a complete and accurate electronic filing system in accordance with the Company’s filing procedure.
• Assisting and carry out any administration works as detailed by the Acquisitions Manager & Acquisition analyst
• Assist with contract management when required to assist Acquisition team with.
• Maintain registration record data & update CRM on a fortnightly/month basis
Skills and Attributes
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Attention to detail is crucial in this role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight timeframes
* Proactive and shows initiative
* Previous Virtual Assistant experience is preferred
* Proficient with CRM’s (experience with Salesforce is desirable)
* Experience in the Australian real estate/property is desirable but not essential
Technology Requirement
• Functional computer with a camera (for video link)
• Fast Internet connection
• Availability to work from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (AEST)
