Research Analyst

Position Overview:

Join Probolsky Research, a woman and Latina-owned market and opinion research firm. We are dedicated to conducting comprehensive research for a diverse array of clients, including government agencies, political candidates, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and special interest groups. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented research analyst to become an integral part of our core team.

In your role as a research analyst, you will:

Prepare comprehensive written reports for clients, including charts, narratives, and data cross-tabulations
Assist in managing and analyzing focus groups or in-depth interviews
Participate in client meetings, taking diligent notes and identifying key action steps for the research team
Contribute to developing survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides
Code and analyze open-ended responses or focus group data
Program and test surveys to ensure accuracy
Create visuals for reporting or business development purposes

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher
An interest in and knowledge of market and opinion research
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work U.S. hours, with flexibility to cover different time zones
A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, with a backup internet connection.
