As a Research Analyst Intern at Fisher8 Capital, you will immerse yourself in data analysis, research methodologies, and market trends. You will be a part of a dynamic team, working on projects that drive our business forward and contribute to developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Dive deep into various industries and markets, keeping abreast of new trends and developments. You will conduct thorough research and provide insightful analysis on a wide range of topics.

Report Writing: Produce high-quality, public-facing content, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable reports. Your work will support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives within the company.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with different teams to support various projects. This includes contributing to the development of new products, market entry strategies, and competitive analysis.

Data Management: Assist in the collection, processing, and management of large datasets. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in research and reporting.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Collaborate with the research and venture teams for seamless integration and operational excellence.

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, contributing to strategic projects.

Support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives within the company through insightful analysis.

Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of market trends and produce actionable reports.

You Should Apply If…

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Research Experience: Previous experience in research, data analysis, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of research methodologies and tools is a plus.

Communication Skills: Outstanding professional writing and communication skills. Ability to convey ideas succinctly and effectively.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite. Familiarity with data analysis software and tools is an advantage.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues.
