Key Responsibilities:
– Investment Location Analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment locations, evaluating market trends, property values, and future growth prospects to support the acquisitions team.
– Data Analysis and Management: Utilize a blend of internally collected data and external sources to compile, analyse, and manage datasets that highlight market dynamics and investment opportunities.
– Support in Content Creation: Work with our marketing team to support in creating engaging and informative content tailored for our customers and the media, including snippets, charts, social media posts, articles, and detailed white papers, to communicate our research findings and market insights.
– Market Research: Perform extensive market research to understand regional dynamics, investment patterns, and factors influencing the real estate market, ensuring our strategies are informed and evidence-based.
– Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the operations team and other departments to share findings and insights. Prepare and present reports that synthesise research data, trends, and analysis into actionable insights.

Qualifications:
– Proven Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability in analytical reasoning, including the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform investment decisions.
– Strong Research Capabilities: Experience in conducting market research, with a keen ability to source, evaluate, and synthesize information from various data sources.
– Information Development: Excellent written communication skills, with the capacity to help our marketing team create clear, engaging, and informative content across multiple platforms.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, research findings, and content production.
