We are searching for a long-term data specialist consultant to further develop and curate the backbone of our firm: data! As one of our team’s research and data associates (supporting our recruiters), you will be a key member of a small, high-performing search team. Your role will be to create lists of candidates that meet the search criteria by using a combination of modern search tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods. You’ll further populate this valuable information into our CRM/ATS and assure that the data is full, accurate, and accessible. What You’ll Tackle:

Research and Identification
• Develop a deep understanding of the various roles we recruit for
• Implement search strategy by performing extensive research relevant to each individual search using firm resources
• Compile data on candidates from LinkedIn project folders and HireEZ into our CRM/ATS, add accurate contact details, apply appropriate tags, and add to curated candidate lists for future needs.

Candidate Engagement
• Review all inbound applicants, send questionnaire, and if qualified, invite them to book a phone screen
• Proactively initiate contact with relevant prospective candidates and sources through persistence and diligently follow-up to quickly develop optimal candidates for each search and bench position (FILL) using various resources and communication methods.
• Timely respond to all prospective candidates with “first response” text; update candidate response in the project folder, ATS job disposition, and email sequence tools
• Timely follow-up with prospective candidates after “first response” to disposition them into a proper stage; determine if usable for the future and add them to relevant “short-list” in the firm database.

Administrative
• Consistently maintain, clean, and organize database on assigned jobs
• Create and routinely update “short lists” of submittable candidates for each role in the BFG “FILL” from screened and submitted candidates
• Train others on research and data management techniques and methods
• Attend sourcing classes (to be discussed)

What’s Needed to Win
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
• 3+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in administrative support, RPO, recruitment firm, data specialist, or research role in an entrepreneurial environment
• Database management experience (required); Crelate (a strong plus)
• Persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced skills in Internet and social media research
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and on-time
• Ability to self-manage time and perform to key metrics
• Proven team player with experience as an effective member of a close-knit team
• Able to work Monday – Friday for 4-5 hours per day between 7:00 to 19:00 US Pacific Time

Our firm is a boutique recruiting firm and talent acquisition partner to select clients specializing in placing exceptional talent in management and director-level roles in medical device sales and marketing throughout greater Los Angeles and across the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly pay based on experience with a range of $5 to $7 per hour (20-30 hours per week)
• Additional bonus opportunities for performance
• In-depth and ongoing training
• Qualify for 3 vacation days leave and 3 sick day leaves after the 6-month probation period.

Goals and Growth Plan
• Starting with 3-5 jobs per week
*20 – 40 candidates sourced per hour
*4-5 candidate submittals per week
*1-2 placed candidates/month
• Must have 1 sourced candidate placed within the first 60 days to remain employed
• Growing to 5+ jobs per week
• Research Supervisor
*Oversees pipelines of all active searches
*Manages time and productivity of supporting resources
*Ongoing training of team member resources
*Creation of training videos
*Creation and deployment of regular email marketing campaigns to candidates on “short-lists” to drive more responses and referrals

• Thanksgiving (late November)
• Christmas (December 25)
