Research and Lead Generation Specialist

Hello! 

We’re looking for an experienced OFS to conduct research and lead generation for 3 different companies. All companies have the same owners, just different lines of business:

1. A SaaS company where you will utilize D7 Lead Finder to find leads for each niche and city. For example, Dentists in San Diego, Plumbers in Boston, etc. [70 percent of your time will be focused on this]
2. A Fundraising company where you will research youth sports leagues in different cities and regions. For example, baseball leagues for boys aged 10 through 18, gvolleyball leagues for girls aged 14 to 18, etc. [25 percent of your time will be spent on this]
3. A Fishing Apparel company where you research Fishing Charters from around the world. [5 percent of your time will be spent on this]

This is a Work From Home opportunity, as long as you can fully commit 40 hours a week, have your own dedicated computer, with reliable Internet. You MUST have current or prior experience doing research and lead generation. If you apply and don’t have current or prior experience in these areas, we will flag your application as SPAM.

You will be responsible for:

1. Downloading leads from D7 Lead Finder and uploading the raw data into google sheets. If you have experience with another application similar to D7 Lead Finder, that works too.
2. After collecting the list of leads for each niche and city (for example, Plumbers in San Diego, CA), you will reformat the raw data into easier-to-read spreadsheets by getting rid of unrelated columns, etc. 
3. You will also research each major citiy’s suburbs and neighborhoods. For example, you’ll need to figure out the names of the biggest suburbs and neighborhoods of San Diego, because we want to find Plumbers in the outlying smaller San Diego suburbs as well, not just the main city. This part of the job will need someone who can be a problem solver, think on their feet, ask questions if need be, and be a little creative.

We’ll need about 500 to 1,000 clean leads per day. Don’t worry, D7 Lead Finder will find the leads, you just need to reformat and clean up the data so that we can upload into our CRM.

Once you get proficient with this task, other tasks may include:
– uploading spreadsheets into our CRM
– Data entry
– Other data reformatting duties
– Email marketing
– Customer interaction over emails
– etc

Must have advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets, and be super attentive to detail, and organized. You must be proactive and a self-starter, and do NOT be afraid to question procedures. We have never hired an OFS before, so we’re new to this, so your current and prior experience will be VERY IMPORTANT for us. If you can think of a better way to do something, let us know.
