Research and Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a Research and Outreach Coordinator who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possesses a natural talent for investigative work. This role is central to our real estate acquisition efforts, requiring you to pinpoint and engage with decision-makers of strategically identified properties. You will not only generate valuable leads but also foster relationships crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately identify decision-makers for properties on our targeted list using advanced research techniques.
– Engage potential contacts using a suite of communication tools, including tracers, text blasters, and dialers.
– Maintain precise and orderly records in our CRM system, REI Reply, and ensure all lead statuses are up-to-date.
– Collaborate with data specialists to refine and validate lists for outreach initiatives.

Requirements:
– Exceptional research and organizational skills.
– Proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Confident communicator with a professional demeanor.
– Eagerness to take on challenges and quickly adapt to changes.
– Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary:

Starts at $5/hr for the first 2 weeks for a seasoning period. After 2 weeks the pay is moved up to $6/hr. There are bonuses for each qualified lead produced and each deal that closes. After 60 days you will qualify for paid holidays and a $1/hr raise. There is also room to work up to a team lead as this department grows earning as much as $9/hr + Bonuses.
