Research Assistant

We are a social media agency working with various clients, including advocacy groups, physical therapists, and health and wellness professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Research Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Research Assistant to help with various research tasks across multiple domains. This role involves gathering and organizing information into easily accessible formats such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, and possibly Notion databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess strong English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research using various tools and websites provided.
Organize research findings into Google Docs, spreadsheets, or Notion databases.
Pull policy and research information for an advocacy group, focusing on policy and studies.
Assist with health and wellness research, including topics related to physical therapy, reproductive topics including fertility + IVF + endometriosis + PCOS etc., mental health, novel treatments, chiropractor practices, functional medicine, cold plunge, human optimization, etc.
You will help with research around trends and updates in the social media industry
Conduct some market research at times, especially when we are doing social media strategies
Dissect research papers, pull notes, and summarize abstracts for easy reference.
Maintain a well-organized research database for all clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in conducting detailed research.
Familiarity with research tools and websites.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency in using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and Notion (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple research topics and clients.
Background in health and wellness research is a plus.
