ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a full time Research Assistant and Writer to help our coaching school in the next stage of our growth.

As our Research Assistant and Writer, you’ll be responsible for researching themes, trends, experts and speakers for a new programme of major training courses we are launching around coaching and the wider helping professions.

For each course, you will help identify who is writing and speaking about the topic, what the key themes are and identify how our Speaker Liaison will reach out to them to secure them as guest experts.

You will use your writing skills to summarise the key topics in a paper that will guide our event creation and copywriting for the marketing of the course.

Alongside this, you will work with the CEO and MD to create written content using ChatGPT, creating in-depth articles that support the courses we are creating with you.

Similarly, you will improve existing articles on our blog using ChatGPT ensuring that our blog continues to improve.

The role demands an ability to research independently, suggesting ideas, identifying speakers and topics, and creating detailed synopses of your work.
