Role Overview
WRS Enterprises – a Geopolitical, Macroeconomic, and Astrological Forecasting and Consulting company – is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Assistant to review and evaluate a series of forecast statements related to cryptocurrency, geopolitics, finance, and macroeconomics that were made from 2017 to 2023. This role involves researching recent and current news events in order to assess the accuracy of these forecast statements [so that our company can develop a forecasting track record].

Responsibilities
– Review and Analyze Forecasts: Carefully research each forecast statement to classify them as Accurate, Partially Accurate, Pending/In Progress, or Not Accurate.
– Source Verification: Gather and cite credible sources to support your evaluation of each forecast.
– Rationale Documentation: Provide a concise explanation (one or two sentences) for the assigned rating of each forecast, highlighting key factors that influenced your assessment.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)
– Submit a Word document with a rating of each forecast statement: Accurate, Partially Accurate, Pending/In Progress, or Not Accurate.
– Include in the document: a short explanation (1-3 sentences) for why this rating was given.
– Include in the document: links to the news stories, data, or other sources that support the rating given. This can be a single source, or up to 3 sources if needed to

Desired Proficiencies
– Strong interest in geopolitics, finance, cryptocurrency, and economics.
– Familiarity with reliable cryptocurrency news sources.
– Excellent research and analytical skills.
– Ability to interpret complex information and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
– Proficiency in sourcing and citing relevant academic or professional materials.
– Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
