Job Description

We are looking for a stellar Research Assistant to work with our CEO and his Executive Assistant.

As a Research Assistant, your main job is to help our CEO and his Executive Assistant save time and leverage it by creating systems and processes for workflows and documenting them in Notion.

Working hours for this position are 11am to 7pm Philippines Time. You will have 3 hours (4pm – 7pm Philippines Time) of overlap with our CEO.

The role of a Research Assistant is crucial. You’ll be expected to work quickly and thoughtfully to help our CEO and his Executive Assistant. You will need to think outside the box and find ways to come up with the best way to do things, in order to save their time and help them be super-efficient.

Some Of The Things You’ll Do:

– Creating systems and processes for workflows, document them in Notion
– Conducting research on subjects of interest to our CEO
– Prepare easy-to-use documents for everyday tasks
– Creating reports based on research
– Build a databases
– Transcriptions

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

– Comfortable with asynchronous work
– You are an experienced Assistant with at least 3 years of direct experience as an administrative assistant, research, marketing, or executive assistant, or working on organizational projects.
– You’re someone who is a quick learner, intelligent, thorough, and fast.
– You are attentive to details.
– You like to solve problems.
– You are competitive and love being really good at your job.
– You’re also pretty good at learning new technology.
– You’re thoughtful about your projects, producing high-quality outputs for the team
– You’re comfortable communicating via Email, Slack, Voice Messages or Video (Loom)
– You’re super dependable and expect your boss to be the same in return
– You speak & write fluent English. This is an absolute must as we work only using English
– Software you should be EXCELLENT at using: Notion, Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and Automation like Airtable, Zapier, and Phantombuster.
– You have fast, reliable internet and a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications open at once (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Chrome, Zoom, etc)
– You’re available to start immediately within 1 week of a job offer
