Job Description

The Research Assistant is resourceful, organized and motivated to help cultivate potential clients throughout all the company’s brands. This position is responsible for conducting client research and building potential client channels to be utilized by our marketing channels and sales teams. A background in using the internet for research purposes is a plus.

Comprehensive research on target K-12 schools and universities, employing effective research techniques to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.

Organize and input collected information into the database, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and upholding data integrity standards.

Acquire familiarity with CRM software and company associated software.

Conduct confirmation call (English) with relevant contacts to validate and confirm the accuracy of the gathered information.

Ability to improve and evolve processes based on measurable feedback from data analysis.

Qualifications:

5+ years of comprehensive post college work experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English).

Proficient in an online CRM Platform, i.e. HubSpot.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy volume of jobs as needed.

Flexible and adaptable to the changing requirements of the position.

Self-Starter who is a strong team player, collaborator, and takes ownership.

Knowledge of educational and performance travel is preferred but not required.

Positive attitude and detail oriented.
