Research Assistant @ The Rosa Institute – Your Opportunity to Impact Lives Through Science and Education.

Attention: Dynamic, agile, and research-savvy individuals! We are looking for someone with a passion for fertility research, reproductive health, and a passion for seeing our work change lives at the population level. Read on if you have a flair for finding scientific information, writing, and educating.

About The Rosa Institute: Since 2001, Gabriela Rosa and her award-winning team have been at the forefront of integrative and naturopathic fertility treatments. Our mission goes beyond medicine; it’s about providing holistic, supportive, and education-focused approaches to fertility. We are guided by our unique F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method®, having already empowered over 137,000 couples in more than 111 countries worldwide.

The Role: As our full-time Research Assistant, you’ll work closely with our founder and CEO, a fertility specialist, author, and Harvard University Scholar, in gathering research and crafting original, value-driven content. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in reproductive health, medicine, and sexuality. Your role will help us add value and educate ever-growing numbers of people worldwide.

We Want You If You Are:
Interested in nutrition, health, and clinical research (Bachelor’s or Master’s desirable).
Dynamic thinker, creative and proactive, capable of strategic foresight.
Articulate in written English and comfortable with reproductive health topics.
Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, ethical, and professional.
Consistent, committed, and get the job done.
A fast learner.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Researching and referencing for books, reports, and original content creation.
Collaborating with our CEO and cross-functional teams.
Excitedly generating ideas that can be implemented without constant supervision.
Systematically working with platforms like PubMed (experience with MESH terms a plus).

Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and computer literacy (including Google Docs, Zotero, and if you have KDP experience – WOW).
A growth mindset is essential in this role – we constantly solve new problems and need someone with a “how will we get it done” attitude.
Did we mention that attention to detail is an absolute must?
