Research & Data Entry Specialist

We’re looking for a Research & Data Entry Specialist to join our team and work remotely.

We are a retreat and teacher training marketplace (Click to view) that connects people to authentic wellness experiences. We’re building bridges to yoga, helping people start the foundations of practice that will truly help them blossom in life.
Changing the way people go on vacation, one person at a time.

The Job Includes
* Supporting our business development team to grow our global retreat center database through research and data entry.
* Research through multiple sources to gather new data as briefed.
* Data entry into our CRM system.
* Cross-referencing sources to ensure existing data is 100 accurate.
* Occasionally carrying out additional administrative tasks as required.
* Email correspondence with our clients
* Putting together information in a well-written format
* Concise and open communication with other team members.
* Learning and continuously studying yoga, wellness and other concepts concerning the products we offer.
* Working autonomously and with initiative.

Qualifications:
* Knows yoga, meditation, or wellness activities is a big plus
* 2 years of relevant research or administrative experience including email support.
* Experience with non-corporate companies e.g. start-ups / entrepreneurial.
* 2 years experience with Google Chrome and its various applications – all research will be tracked in Google Sheets.
* Worked with foreign clients/customers especially US/Europe-based
* Always reliable and punctual. (On time and on the desk as expected)
* Flexible in terms of tasks, schedule, and changes in the workflow or processes, depending on the needs of the team.
* Fun to be virtually around. (speak/write positively on our communication tool)
* Very comfortable in spoken and written English. (English is the day-to-day means of communication.)
* High level of reading comprehension in English
* Someone who can manage the pressure of a continually flowing workflow.
* Able to maintain focus and calm under pressure.
* Someone who cares about making a difference in the world and is excited about being a part of a mission to spread yoga and wellness.
* Someone who sees working for our company not just as a means to earn money but also as part of their purpose in life.

BIG Plus
* Travel experience/tourism background/travel agency
* Research Project experience
* Passionate and/or experience with yoga, meditation, or wellness.

Job requirements:
* Available full-time (40 hrs per week. Not allowed to have side jobs during work schedule).
* Potential need to cover some US PST time zones during the proactive stages of the project.
* Ability to attend meetings with team based in GMT+1 timezone.
* We’re looking for reliable people who want to be with us for years 🙂
* Location can be anywhere in the Philippines but must have a proper/reliable internet and electrical connection as per the below tech requirements.

Technical requirements:
* Laptop not older than 5 years
* Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 or equivalent (minimum)
* Installed RAM 8.00 GB (at least 4 GB usable)
* Windows 10 or higher
* Internet speed: 50 MBPS minimum speed
* Power interruption is rare.
