About Us: We are a dynamic and research-focused organisation seeking a dedicated Research Fellow/Data Analyst/Researcher to join our team. Our lead researcher is prolific but requires additional support to finalise, revise, and submit research papers to journals. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate on a range of near-completion projects and build a robust research portfolio.

Position Overview: We are looking for a research collaborator who is organised, conscientious, and has a strong background in economics, social sciences, or data science. The ideal candidate will assist in the finalisation, editing, and lodgement of research papers, collaborate on new and ongoing research projects, and contribute to our publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the finalisation and editing of research papers for submission to journals.
• Collaborate with the lead researcher on various research projects.
• Manage and organise near-completion research projects, ensuring timely revisions and resubmissions.
• Contribute to the writing, editing, and overall improvement of research manuscripts.
• Meet broad deadlines with a high degree of conscientiousness and reliability.

Requirements:
• Background in economics, social sciences, or data science.
• Previous publications in peer-reviewed journals are highly beneficial.
• Experience working in a university setting or with academic journals is advantageous.
• Exemplary writing and editing skills.
• Experience with statistical software such as R, Stata, or Eviews is beneficial but not necessary.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
