Job Description

Here’s a quick video introducing the job and the client: /share/b4b608e5cb7145799d09e7d615543ec8?sid=cc636acd-8b7c-452e-af91-d66aab466d32

I’m Rhino Julie, and I LOVE building super teams to service our clients’ needs.

If you love a challenge, love problem solving, love working with others (and also love working by yourself LOL), and it makes you happy when you overdeliver for clients, I want you on my team!

My promise to you:
*I provide a FUN working environment.
*We are constantly learning new things.
*We are a team who wants to be the best at what we do, which means you have the BEST teammates.
*I ALWAYS pay on time.
*I treat all of my team members with respect and love.

Client Overview:
Our client, Sarah, helps run a Book Publishing company. They are a small but mighty company who already employ 2 of our virtual assistants. Our VA’s LOVE working for them and now we have an opportunity to allow another VA the opportunity.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work US hours (either morning or afternoon)
*Must have experience ‘pitching’ for any of the following: book reviews – outreach to book reviews sites, podcasts, broadcast tv/radio, magazine/blog, social media lives, live or virtual speaking engagements, libraries and bookstores. Pitching is basically finding opportunities to get the authors more exposure. Our client has 45 clients they actively ‘pitch’ for each month, trying to find them speaking opportunities (or other opportunities). Your client may have had you do this in the past but you didn’t realize it was called ‘pitching.’

Job Description

You will research pitching opportunities for clients and ‘pitch’ the clients for those opportunities.
Don’t worry, the pitches will already be written, you will just need to find the opportunities, double check the requirements and send in the pitches. If you want to learn how to write the pitches, there will be an opportunity for that later as well.
