Job Description:
The Researcher will be instrumental in identifying, retrieving, and processing specific documents, which while not directly related to the Philippine market, are integral to our global analysis capabilities. You will navigate the online document System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) to find documents like Take-over Bid Circulars, Plans of Arrangement, and financial statements, extracting necessary data for our evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Search and retrieve targeted documents from SEDAR, adapting to unfamiliar content.
– Review complex documents to identify pertinent information for data entry.
– Accurately enter data into a structured online form with three distinct sections.
– Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
– Collaborate remotely with the development team to address data queries and ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and process complex information.
