Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Research and Content Specialist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for research and content? Do you possess strong social media skills and the ability to curate content online? If so, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting independent research to gather North America-specific information.
Performing tasks using tools such as Airtable.
Managing and curating social media accounts, including posting and finding relevant content.
Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for various tasks.
Collaborating with the team to ensure project success.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Strong research skills and the ability to find accurate and relevant information.
Social media management experience, including content creation and posting.
Self-motivation, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic.
Honesty and reliability in completing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

I’m looking for someone that can commit to work together for over a year.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time salaried position, and the hours may vary depending on the tasks assigned. On average, you can expect to work approximately 1 to 4 hours per day. Flexibility in your work hours is encouraged, as long as tasks are prioritized and completed within a 12-hour window.

Expectations:

Promptly acknowledge the receipt of assigned tasks.
Ask clarifying questions within 4-6 hours of task assignment.
Initiate task execution within 6-8 hours.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Grow within the position by taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and skills develop.
