In 2020, she became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, focusing on stress management and autoimmune diseases, with over 1,000 hours of research to their credit. Her commitment to health and learning is unwavering.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct specialized and detailed research as needed.
– Stay updated on changes in restaurant systems and ensure the information is current.
– Prevent tasks from falling through the cracks by effectively managing and prioritizing them.
– Spreadsheet Management: Assist in creating and maintaining spreadsheets to confirm the accuracy and functionality of various tasks.
– Be committed to accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
– Data Platform Management: Manage data related to listings and gather input from chefs, food writers, and critics.
– Select images for restaurants, with a focus on beautiful and high-quality photos.
– Writing Support (Optional/will train if needed): Assist in creating first drafts of written content using tools like .
– Book interviews for your client with restaurant owners.
– Social Media Marketing: Engage with the right individuals and groups on social media to promote the client’s initiatives.
– Influencer List: Create and maintain a list of potential influencers for outreach.
– Social Media Content: Utilize existing templates and texts to create engaging social media content.
– Optional: Video Editing: If capable, assist with video editing using tools like Descript. No worries if you do not know how to do this part.
Requirements:
– Strong Research Skills: Proficient in conducting specialized and detailed research to gather accurate information.
– Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail to ensure that restaurant systems and data are updated accurately.

“These are the basic tech tools we use all the time I’d need them to learn or be familiar with. We want everything to look and feel on-brand for our customers to have a consistent experience.
1) Canva (using some fun animations with text and visuals): I’d LOVE if they knew how to organize our brand templates.
2) Descript (video editing using transcription + applying our brand template)
3) JasperAI for Social post captions, etc (similar to ChatGPT BUT I’ve trained it to be more on-brand)
4) Later (for social scheduling)
5) (future recommended tools… TBD*)
