Researcher, Virtual Assistant, Writer

I’m looking to hire a full-time Virtual Assistant. Responsibilities will include personal assistance, research, and writing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, so please be sure to read the entire job post.

Overview
I’m building a YouTube show that will cover a wide range of topics such as art, philosophy, books, current events, and ideas. Some topics will be controversial, but ultimately, my greatest goal is to discover and share truth. I will need your help to grow the channel as quickly as possible!

Responsibilities
Research
– In depth research on specific topics
– Organizing information from credible sources

Personal Assistance
– Communications, email
– Flexibility in tackling various tasks

Writing
– Help with research and writing for episodes and blog posts
– Advanced english writing ability is a must!

Qualities
Skills can be perfected over time. There are 3 qualities that I’m looking for: Integrity, Commitment, and a Desire to Learn.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest. Open communication and honesty are paramount. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. I’m looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship. If you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to Learn. I want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills; this is not for you.

This is NOT a temporary position. I want to grow with someone long term. Your responsibilities and skills WILL grow as we build the channel together!

All possibilities for raises based upon work performance. This posting is for an audition. I’ll be selecting 3 – 5 candidates to hire for test projects. After seeing your work, I’ll choose who to bring on.
