Job Purpose

This customer facing service position handles the scheduling of holiday let apartment bookings in a highly efficient way. We are looking for a highly organized, confident, self-starter who is a good listener and has a logical and problem-solving mind to ensure our customers and stakeholders feel we are offering them the best possible service and that any issues and concerns are resolved professionally and in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience in a reservations team.
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Excellent knowledge of reservations, and experience with booking platforms like Airbnb, would be highly desirable
• Understanding of Revenue Management principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Creativity to design, manage and advertise posting for the property.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…
• Participate in preparation of Business Plan and using this as a daily tool to achieve business goals.
• Ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with the company guidelines
• Manage and process reservations received through various channels (phone, email, online booking systems)
• Proactively strive to perform all tasks in a highly accurate and proficient manner, ensuring customer service is at the forefront of your considerations.
• Able to probe, identify and diagnose customer issues.
• Maintain professional and positive communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, organize, and update relevant diaries and documentation.
• Work with your teammates to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Monitor reviews and maintain high ratings.
• Update listings on various booking platforms and Handle guest bookings and inquiries that requires an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs including Communication with guests at pre-arrival and during their stay.
• Arrange cleaning and maintenance between bookings.
• Manage pricing and availability calendars.
• Manage postings and advertising for the properties across various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and booking rates.
