We are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Specialist to join our team (ENGLISH SPEAKING FLUENCY IS A MUST)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional
customer service to our high-end clientele. While prior experience in the limousine
industry is not required, experience in customer service is a must (preferred if
experience with bookings).
The Reservation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring
that our clients receive a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment they
book our services. 99% of our clients are billionaires, celebrities or diplomats.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone,
email, or online platforms. Confirm details with clients, provide quotes, and
accurately input reservation information into our booking system.
2. Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner,
addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and effectively.
Provide personalized assistance to high-end clients, ensuring their satisfaction
and comfort throughout the reservation process.
3. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise
during the reservation process, such as scheduling conflicts, changes in itinerary,
or unexpected circumstances. Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to meet
the needs of our discerning clientele.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients and maintain a deep
understanding of their preferences, including their names, locations, and specific
service requirements. Show attentiveness to detail and a commitment to
delivering a tailored experience for each client.
5. Local Geography Knowledge: Familiarize oneself with the local area, including
key landmarks, event venues, and transportation routes. Provide
recommendations and assistance in planning optimal transportation solutions for
clients based on their destinations and preferences.
6. Communication Skills: Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in
writing, to effectively convey information, confirm reservations, and address client
inquiries with precision and professionalism.
Qualifications:
-High proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
– Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional
experiences to high-end clientele-
