We are seeking a dedicated Reservations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our business.

Job Summary:
As a Reservations Coordinator at FrankieSays Apartments, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservation process. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of reservations, including dealing with relocation agent , payments, cancellations, new reservations, super log insurance, and invoices. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach will be critical in providing a seamless experience to our guests and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Relocation Agent :

Communicate with agents and clients to confirm details and preferences for relocation stays.
Provide assistance and support to agents throughout their stay.

Payments to Direct Bookings:
Process payments for direct bookings promptly and accurately.
Assist guests with payment-related inquiries and resolve any issues as needed.

Cancellations:
Handle cancellation requests from guests and agents
Follow the company’s cancellation policies and procedures.

New Reservations:

Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
Verify availability, provide pricing information, and assist guests in making reservations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of reservation details.

Super Hog Insurance:

Manage super Hog insurance requirements and documentation.
Communicate insurance details to relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures.

Invoices:

Generate and send invoices to guests and corporate clients.
Monitor invoice payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Maintain organized records of invoices and financial transactions.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering excellent service.
