Job Description

We are a medium-sized short-term vacation rentals properties located in New Orleans and caters to 500 plus guest a week, We need a Rockstar that loves challenges and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist all guests from making reservations up to accommodations. Handle customer requests and concerns. Document guest reviews and process payments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend messages, in-calls, and out-calls to guests.
Ensure booking information is input accurately into the reservation system
Maintain and update property availability on reservation platforms.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process and ensures that all payments are made.
Coordinate and follow up with operations to ensure all guests’ ongoing issues are actioned such as cleaning, supplies, and maintenance requests.
Respond to Guest Reviews, proactively log guest suggestions and future improvements and share feedback with the team and hosts.
Communicate early check-in/out to operations for a clean schedule.
Process refunds based on company policy.
Verify room availability and cleaning status before checked-in time.
Document guest cancellations and process claims as deemed necessary.
Prepare complete documentation for guest requests, concerns, or complaints. for Claims processing.
Update corresponding monitoring sheets and prepare reports as scheduled.

MUST HAVE
Minimum 6 months of experience with any of the following: Airbnb, VRBO, Streamline, and other OTAs
Experience in handling Customer Service is required for this position.
Experience in using different reservation platforms, google sheets, Asana, Excel, and Dialpad.
Can handle pressure and multi-task.
With a very good command of English both written and verbal.
Must have common sense and critical thinking skills.
Highly organized with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Motivated, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and high level of personal integrity
