**Salary:** PHP 25,000 – PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience
**Job Description:**
G Family Construction, Inc., an award-winning design-build firm based in Marin County, California, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in ArchiCAD and 3D modeling, with a strong focus on residential plan development and modeling.
**Responsibilities:**
– Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using ArchiCAD.
– Develop residential plans, including layouts, elevations, and sections.
– Collaborate with our design team to ensure plans meet project specifications and client expectations.
– Revise drawings and models based on feedback from project managers and clients.
– Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a drafter, particularly in residential projects.
– Proficiency in ArchiCAD and 3D modeling software.
– Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Strong work ethic, desire to learn and excel and move up in the company.
– Expert at imperial measurement OR metric conversion to imperial.
