Job Title: Residential Listing Agent/Data Entry Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a Residential Listing Agent/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will primarily be responsible for managing residential property listings while also handling data entry tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information is entered into our systems, while also assisting clients and real estate agents with listing-related inquiries. Responsibilities:
Property Listing Management: Create and update residential property listings, including accurate descriptions, features, and pricing information, in our databases and listing platforms.
Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter property data into our systems with a high level of accuracy, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure all information is complete and up-to-date.
Coordinate with Real Estate Agents: Collaborate with real estate agents to gather necessary information and materials for property listings, liaising between agents and internal teams to ensure seamless listing management.
Client Support: Assist clients in navigating and understanding the process of listing their properties by addressing their inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving any concerns or issues.
Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive property listings to ensure our listings remain competitive and appealing to prospective buyers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to optimize listing visibility and attract potential buyers.
Document Management: Organize and maintain proper documentation for each listing, including contracts, agreements, disclosures, and any relevant paperwork associated with the real estate transactions.
Timely Updates: Regularly update property listings based on changes in pricing, availability, features, or any other pertinent details accurately and promptly.
Quality Control: Perform routine audits and checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of property data and listing information across different platforms.
Adhere to Legal and Ethical Standards: Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines pertaining to real estate transactions and data privacy.
Requirements:
Real Estate knowledge: Familiarity with residential real estate processes, terminology, and applicable regulations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the completeness and correctness of property data and listing information.
Data entry skills: Proficiency in data entry, ensuring efficiency and accuracy when inputting information into various databases and systems.
Organization and multitasking: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple listings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Customer service orientation: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients, colleagues, and real estate agents to provide exceptional service.
Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and real estate professionals.
Time management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting target timelines.
Ethical conduct: Adherence to ethical standards and professionalism in handling of sensitive client information and real estate transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or coursework is a plus.
Note: As a Residential Listing Agent/Data Entry Specialist, you will be required to occasionally work flexible hours based on the needs of the clients and real estate market.
