We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential/Mortgage and Home Loan Processor with expertise in using the Australian Finance Group (AFG) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing residential mortgage and home loan applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the loan origination process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review and analyze residential mortgage and home loan applications submitted through various channels.
*Utilize the AFG platform to input and manage loan application data.
*Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate for loan approval.
*Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all loan processing activities adhere to compliance standards.
*Work closely with underwriters to address any compliance issues or documentation discrepancies.
*Maintain regular communication with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the loan application status.
*Address inquiries and provide assistance to clients throughout the loan processing period.
*Demonstrate proficiency in using the AFG platform for loan origination, submission, and tracking.
*Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the AFG system.
*Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to streamline the loan approval process.
*Foster positive relationships with external parties such as real estate agents, appraisers, and title companies.
*Conduct thorough reviews of loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Perform quality assurance checks to minimize errors and prevent delays in the loan processing timeline.
*Organize and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date loan files.
*Prepare and submit loan documentation to underwriting for approval.
*Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and guiding them through the loan application process.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Residential/Mortgage and Home Loan Processor.
*In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the AFG platform.
*Familiarity with Australian mortgage and home loan regulations.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
