Cooley Brothers Painting is a well-known and respected residential repaint company in Southern California, United States. We are looking for an amazing Executive Virtual Assistant to help us reach the next level!
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Managing calendars and setting up meetings
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Organize and maintain CRM and other programs
• Knows and understands financial reporting and statements (US based)
• Handling complaints and issues and update into customer file
• And more!
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills with a clear confident speaking voice
• Discretion and confidentiality required to maintain client and company privacy
• Internet: Fast and stable connection
• Be able to work privately (you’re accessing confidential financial information) during business hours.
• Must consistently practice, efficiently memorize, and quickly internalize team dialogue and scripts
• Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to listen intently to the conversation and guide the prospect to their next step
• Detail oriented enough to track our customers from prospect to close of sale
