What you will do:
Own the property management lifecycle, ensuring overall performance of the portfolio.
Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and residents.
Monitor daily KPIs and SLAs.
Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, property planning, and lease agreements.
Review property financials, including monthly statements and profit & loss reports.
What you will bring to the table:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager in a USA-based residential property management company in long-term properties (No Air BnBs nor vacational properties)
C1 English level with a neutral accent preferred.
Dynamic, driven, and go-getter personality.
Desire and experience of working in a tech savvy environment.
Modern computer equipment (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM).
Stable internet connection and a quiet working space.
Strong work ethic, personal initiative, and eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational and analytical thinking skills.
What you will get:
Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm Central Standard Time, this would be graveyard shift in The Philippines)
Competitive hourly rate of $10 USD to $13, based on experience.
