Job Description

The Hotel/Resort Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, guest satisfaction, and staff performance. The role involves managing various departments, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Management

Supervise and support front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other department staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
Schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
Guest Services

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and inquiries promptly.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Operational Management

Monitor daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
Coordinate with other supervisors and department heads to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Financial Management

Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Monitor expenses and revenues, seeking ways to optimize costs and increase profitability.
Prepare financial and operational reports as required.
Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
Customer Relationship Management

Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle VIP and special guest requests with personalized attention.
Oversee loyalty programs and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee files, inventory, and financial reports.
Ensure proper use of management software and other technological tools.
Handle any other administrative tasks as required by the management.
Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and conferences hosted at the resort.
Coordinate with event organizers, catering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
-Preferably female
-22-28 years old
-With pleasing personality
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant technology.
-Flexible schedule to accommodate night shifts, weekends and holidays.
