We are a dynamic duo of career coaches, dedicated to empowering professionals in their career journeys. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our resume writing services, manage our social media presence, and coordinate projects using management software.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Role – Resume Writing Support: Craft, format, and edit resumes and other professional documents from detailed client interview information (provided) using Microsoft Word, ensuring top-notch formatting and presentation.
Document Management: Organize and maintain client data and project timelines using Google Sheets. Must be adept at merging files into PDFs as required.
Secondary Role, time permitting – Social Media Management: Create compelling content and graphics for various social media platforms using Canva, and manage social media campaigns to boost our online presence and audience engagement.
Project Management: Utilize project management software like ClickUp for effective task tracking and management.
AI Tool Proficiency: Employ tools like ChatGPT for innovative content creation and customer support.
Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as needed for smooth service operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in resume writing, social media management, and administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, especially in document formatting.
Skilled in merging files into PDF format.
Familiarity with project management software, such as ClickUp.
Knowledgeable in using Google Docs, Canva, and Google Sheets.
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
