Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in boosting our sales to retailers located in Canada and the US. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new ones, and ensuring efficient communication and follow-up. This position will require working during the night shift to align with the North American time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Organize and maintain contact with existing retail clients.
Create a structured schedule for follow-up and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential new retail clients in the North American market.
Develop and execute strategies to expand our retailer network and increase sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.
CRM Management:
Implement and manage a CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) to organize client data, interactions, and opportunities.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client communication and transactions.
Utilize CRM data to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
Monthly Newsletter:
Create and manage a monthly email newsletter dedicated to our retail clients.
Develop engaging content, promotions, and product highlights to drive sales.
Monitor the effectiveness of the newsletter and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail sales, client relationship management, or a related role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Pipedrive, is a plus.
Willingness to work the night shift to accommodate North American time zones.
