The candidate will be required to work on-site. This is NOT a remote eligible role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Validate Account Drop Reports via extensive customer research within Salesforce
Communicate with Energy Suppliers to confirm active and/or dropped accounts
Move correctly dropped accounts as “Rejected” in Salesforce status
Confirmed saved deals return to “on-flow” status in Salesforce
Inquire with Supplier Customer Service teams to find drop dates and drop reason + note in Salesforce
Confirm payment status when missing via Integrity Commission teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Word & Excel.
Must be EXTREMELY detail-oriented. Zero mistake environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as function as a part of a team.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Salesforce experience is a plus but NOT required.
