In the dynamic landscape of e-commerce, fostering lasting customer relationships is both an art and a science. The ideal candidate for the Retention Marketing Manager role is a strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce retention strategies. With expert knowledge in email and SMS campaign development, as well as an insightful understanding of customer behavior, you will be expected to elevate our customer engagement and drive retention.
