Job Description
To help us achieve our mission, we are currently seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level through our e-commerce store, search, lifecycle, social media, lead generation, and more.

In the dynamic landscape of e-commerce, fostering lasting customer relationships is both an art and a science. The ideal candidate for the Retention Marketing Manager role is a strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce retention strategies. With expert knowledge in email and SMS campaign development, as well as an insightful understanding of customer behavior, you will be expected to elevate our customer engagement and drive retention. Your focus will be on leveraging analytics to inform targeted campaigns that deepen customer loyalty and contribute to autobrush’s growth. As a Retention Marketing Manager, your goal will be to maintain and amplify autobrush’s brand presence throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience that fosters long-term loyalty

What You’ll Do:
– Craft innovative email and SMS marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty
– Work with teams to ensure strategic visions are effectively implemented
– Analyze campaign data to refine strategies for improved engagement and retention
– Ensure consistent communication of autobrush’s unique brand voice across all marketing channels
– Lead initiatives to create a seamless and engaging customer journey
– Develop impactful content for various platforms, focusing on email and SMS
– Stay updated with the latest in retention marketing to keep autobrush at the forefront
– Efficiently plan and oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant material across marketing channels
– Apply fundamental SEO principles in blog creation to enhance online visibility and audience engagement

Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– 3-5 years of experience specializing in retention strategies with a deep understanding of email and SMS marketing
– Ability to craft and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
– Ability to plan and organize a content calendar that supports retention objectives and complements marketing initiatives
– A keen eye for data analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve retention metrics
– Basic knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance blog visibility and support content marketing efforts
– A creative and curious mindset that thrives on exploring new ways to enhance customer retention and brand loyalty
– Excellent communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging across various marketing channels
– Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving digital marketing landscape, with a focus on expanding retention marketing expertise
