We are a rapidly growing company with our Main Office in the United States. We’ve been in the business for more than a decade now working with our talented Philippine Team !!! We work with Realtors to provide Smart Marketing strategies all throughout the US and Canada.

We are looking for the best and brightest who share our passion for bringing Realtors fulfillment and success!

As we grow, we are expanding our talented Retention Team from the Philippines to respond to our new clients, develop new services to meet their needs, and give them the most fulfilling customer service from us.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Retention Specialist :

* Communicates directly with customers who have issues with the organization or company.
* The Retention Specialist will partner directly with the Sales and Operations teams to assist with conflict resolution, service recovery, and the support of offboarding customers.
* Has a deep passion for excellent customer experience and an unrelenting commitment to helping solve problems and achieve their goals.
* Investigates customer issues and manages resolution plans until closure.
* Creative in customer retention approach; not afraid to provide exceptional service and resolve conflict to create “win-win” scenarios for customers.
* Has a high level of compassion and patience for helping customers.

What hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST( or depending on your Team Lead )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via PayPal
• PHP 33,000 – 35,000 Per Month, +++ Very Competitive Incentive Structure
* Training Period is Paid

Requirements for the Job :
* Excellent English language both Oral & Written ( must : high English Fluency)
* at least 3yrs experience as Retention Specialist
* at least 6yrs experience in BPO industry, preferrably with Team Lead or SME experience.
* Excellent work ethics
* Office set-up should have : isolated working space free from noise, Internet speed should be at least 10mbps upload & download speed. Computer with updated specs with RAM not less than 8mbps.
* this is a Full-time job
