We are in search of an experienced Retool developer who can craft a bespoke internal management system for our candidates. This tool will also serve as a client portal, enabling our clients to have an interactive experience with the recruitment and management process.
Job Description: Retool Developer
Project Based Position
Salary: $10/HR
Requirements
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with our internal team to understand specific needs and functionalities required for the tool.
2. Design and develop an intuitive, user-friendly management system for candidate oversight.
3. Implement a client portal where clients can view, approve, or deny new candidates.
4. Integrate a tracking system within the portal where clients can oversee hours and reports from their existing hires.
5. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the tool.
6. Regularly update and maintain the tool, addressing any issues or additional features as necessary.
7. Provide training to internal staff and clients as necessary.
**Key Qualifications**
1. Proven experience in developing with Retool.
2. Strong knowledge of database management, integration, and UI/UX design.
3. Experience using notion and Hubstaff is preferable.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work closely with a team and integrate feedback.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
