Hey future family member (our team is like family)…
…we are a retreats and teacher trainings marketplace that connects people to authentic wellness experiences.

Our team is a bunch of retreat experts changing the way people go on vacation, one person at a time.

We’re looking for a Phillipines-based Retreat Listing Moderator to join our Host Support Team and work remotely.

The Job Includes
* Moderating new retreat listings that have been submitted for approval on our site, including helping our retreat owners in adding and creating great listings.
* Taking care of daily relationships with hosts, with ongoing support of listing changes and developments via email.
* Having a tech-savvy and intimate understanding of our back-end systems.
* Understanding and referencing the company’s terms and conditions to help answer questions.
* Working as part of a fast-paced team to ensure our goals are met.
* Being proactive and taking the initiative.
* Leading with the heart in all of your daily processes and decisions.

What’s in it for you?
* Play a significant role in the mission to spread yoga and wellness to the world.
* Work remotely/from home amongst an international, supportive team with the same heart mission.
* Work for a passionate and supportive team who care about your growth and development.
* Create a consistent, secure job that you can count on for years.

You are…
* Extremely organized. People see your desk and always comment, “Wow, you’re really clean.”
* Always reliable and punctual – you commit to the team, you show up daily and with integrity.
* Fun to be virtually around. You add to the energy in the Slack (our communication tool) rooms.
* Someone who is extremely comfortable with both written and spoken English language.
* Someone who can manage the pressure of a continually flowing workflow.
* Someone who is very good at multitasking, very detail oriented and proactive in taking the initiative.
* Someone who cares about making a difference in the world and is excited about being a part of a mission to spread yoga and wellness.
* Someone with great communication skills. Both with our hosts and our own team.

Requirements
* Available full-time, 40 hours per week (not allowed to have a side job during work schedule).
* 3 years experience in Customer Support.
* We’re looking for reliable people who want to be with us for years 🙂
* Location can be anywhere in the Philippines but must have a proper internet connection. At least 20Mbps internet speed.

Our Company Culture
How does one embody yoga in the way a company runs?

This question is one we’ve asked many times, and continue to ask in an open way. Throughout all the little (and big) decisions we must make.

With this orienting question, alongside our Company Values, there are a few qualities that we strive to embody in our workspace:

Joy
We actively try to cultivate a sense of joy in our work. It’s sooo much more fun to do work each day when there’s true joy in it.

Love and Inclusion
Bringing warmth and inclusiveness into what we do.

Kindness

Caring for each other
Allowing people to speak up when things are bothering them and actually listening. Allowing people to make mistakes and learn from them without getting torn down.

Playfulness
Coming from the recognition that this life is a grand play, we feel things work so much smoother when we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

It’s a big tendency in the spiritual world to get super serious about ourselves. We think we can be utterly playful, yet completely dedicated. And that the two actually feed into each other.

Autonomy and Empowerment
We’re big believers in giving people the autonomy to truly realize their gifts and let their intelligence flower.

We think that each person has a level of genius inside of them that can be tapped into if the proper conditions are set. In your time here, we will try to empower you to tap into your potential in taking on more and more complex things.

Communication Habits
As a remote based company we find it very important to connect with each other daily.

Our biweekly team meetings are also a solid foundation for our interaction and are a crucial part of our work in bookretreats.

We try to create a working environment where we know each other a bit more personally through these meetings.

We encourage you to interact, add questions, raise issues, bugs, and just some fun stuff that came your way during the day through our slack team channel and in the calls.
