GC Realty & Development LLC is looking to add a full-time (independent contractor) Revenue Billing Specialist to our team

What’s in it for you:

Hourly rate: $6-$7USD + Annual Bonus Perfomance

What we need from you:

Proven Billing experience
At least 2-3 years of Appfolio, Buildium, Yardi or similar software experience is a must!
Full time availability (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 Central Standard Time)
Having a second monitor is a must, since day to day operations require this.
We would expect this to be your main source of employment.
A modern computer equipment, stable Internet connection, (Download 30+ MB, Upload 5+ MB or above), and a fully functional webcam,
At least 2-3 years using digital workflows experience.
Private space to work remotely

What you will do daily:

Accurate data entry
Identify and correct billing errors
Completion of daily revenue and vendor billing
Completion of daily data review and reconciliation
Work in digital workflow space and utilize multiple software applications
