The Company
Lavanda is a B2B software company. We’ve developed an award-winning, best-in-class SaaS platform that enables Multifamily and Student accommodation operators to optimise their portfolios with a comprehensive short and medium-term rental solution.
Our software toolkit enables partners to tap into the full spectrum of rental demand across their portfolios, whilst powering a range of management solutions to suit their evolving needs: fully-outsourced operations or in-house management.
Having raised a total of $20m+ to date, we’re backed by leading VC investors and are now scaling the business globally.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring for a Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management team. You will be responsible for managing and analysing our pricing and commercial data. You’ll be joining a growing team of people who work across the business owning and managing KPIs and evangelising the potential of data both internally and externally.
You’ll help enable pricing strategies across different markets for our global property portfolio and lead exciting projects to help the company and our clients maximise their revenue. You’ll be just as comfortable working with internal stakeholders as you are presenting to clients; strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Many of the systems and processes you’ll be working on are in their early stages, so you’ll be the kind of person that loves getting your hands dirty and building things from the ground up. You’ll work to create systems and processes so that key data within the business is always available without having to be asked for it.
Finally, you’re the type of person who is excited about taking their career in an innovative new direction; you want to constantly grow and develop personally, but are also passionate about being instrumental in helping a fast-growing business grow faster!

? Daily revenue management of our portfolio to optimise and maximise returns ? Drive the analysis that informs tactical pricing and revenue decisions ? Dive into large amounts of data, interpret them, derive strategic recommendations, and identify business cases for improving data driven decisions

? Studying market and competitor activity as a basis of future developments and pricing strategies
? Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure we communicate our performance accurately to our clients
? Lead cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue capabilities
Benefits
? Competitive salary.
? Equity: True ownership of a top global SaaS company – you’re helping to build it, so we believe you should own a slice of the pie.
? Flexible working is actively embraced
? Choose your own tech – get the equipment you love using at work. ? Generous holiday allowance, including the full Christmas to New Year as a break on us.
? Join a highly motivated, engaged team of extremely smart, creative and talented people.
