WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Implement revenue management strategies and processes in our client vacation homes in order to optimize and maximize its revenues;
– Set strategic direction, determine pricing, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities;
– Create and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar;
– Create and maintain a 12-month budget for each vacation homes;
– Optimizing rates/rent and managing inventory;
– Evaluate the performance of distribution partners (OTA) and contracted rates;
– Analyzes independently and determines whether each vacation home is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.
– Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends;
– Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each vacation homes;
– Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons;
– Analyze overall monthly vacation homes’ performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long term strategies;
– Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity;
– Work in liaison with reservation and operations departments as a team;
– Weekly meetings with the Company owner;
– Any other reasonable requests made by management.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
– Previous verifiable experience working at Hotel/Vacation Rental/Short Term Management Company
– Willing to work on a night shift to support the needs of the business
– Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hotel or Vacation Rental Revenue Management experience

– Hostaway (Property Management Software)
HOURS/DAYS
– We are looking to hire someone who can work at least 1-2 hours per day in New York (EST) Time for meetings (other hours can be done during your preferred time zone.
– 10 to 20 hours per week (flexible if you want full time)
SALARY/BENEFITS
– 449-729 Php/hour ( $8 – $13 USD/ hour) — based on experience
– 50% or up to $360 reimbursement of HMO expenses (payout every May and November)
– 1 Week (5 days) Paid Time Off (for full time employees only)
– Trip to New York after a year of employment (for full time employees only)
