We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing reverse mortgages, ensuring adherence to company and lending guidelines, and complying with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in completing required documentation for reverse mortgage applications.
• Coordinate reverse counseling with clients and counseling agencies.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit complete packages for approval.
• Coordinate with third parties, including title companies and appraisers, to obtain necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Collect and update LOS & CRM systems with pertinent borrower information, always maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments for counseling, notaries, or appraisals, confirming times with all parties involved.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor on the status of in-process transactions.
• Proficiently manage and maintain effective communication with company-provided leads and personal book of business.
• Manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Ad hoc tasks from the client.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
• Four years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in roles related to reverse loan processing or underwriting.
• General understanding of both traditional and reverse loan processes.
• Knowledgeable in Reverse Vision, Quantum, and LINK.
• Proficient in running credit reports on various credit platforms.
• Familiarity with different loan documents and needs list items.
• Ability to manage an active reverse mortgage pipeline and track multiple files simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations governing reverse mortgages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday either 8 AM to 12 NN or 1 PM to 5 PM Central Standard Time.
