Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reverse Recruiter to join our team. In this innovative role, you will be the driving force behind our mission to streamline the job search experience for our clients. Your expertise in the recruiting market will be vital as you actively seek out and match job opportunities with our clients’ profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
– Proactively search for and identify job openings that align with the career objectives and qualifications of our clients.
– Develop and maintain relationships with employers and hiring managers to source job leads and insights into the job market.
– Work closely with clients to understand their professional backgrounds, skills, preferences, and job search criteria.
– Assist in optimizing clients’ resumes and cover letters to match job descriptions, utilizing knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
– Provide clients with a curated list of job opportunities.
– Keep abreast of trends in the job market and the field of recruitment.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in the recruiting industry, with a track record of successful placements.
– Strong understanding of job market trends and the ability to use this information to the benefit of the client.
– Excellent research skills and the ability to identify job opportunities across various platforms and networks.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and employers.
– Ability to manage and organize multiple client job searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using job search engines, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for recruitment.
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume optimization techniques.
– A genuine passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
Part-time Position:
The position begins as part-time with the intention of transitioning to full-time based on performance and company growth.
Part-time employees who demonstrate exceptional skill and leadership will be considered for full-time roles and will play a pivotal role in managing and onboarding new recruiters.
