The Resume Fix, LLC is urgently hiring for a rock star Reverse Recruiter to join its team of experts! The Reverse Recruiter will work on resume distribution, job search support services, and other related recruiting activities as needed. Join us and revolutionize the recruitment process. Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Reverse Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in flipping the script on conventional recruitment strategies by actively marketing our clients to potential employers, providing job search support, and engaging in ongoing recruiting activities as needed. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for networking and a passion for helping job seekers achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resume Distribution: As a primary responsibility, the ideal candidate will complete end-to-end job applications and distribute client resumes to targeted employers and job boards to maximize exposure and job opportunities for the client.
• Resume and Cover Letter Optimization: Expertise in resume and cover letter optimization, with a deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the importance of keywords to enhance clients’ job search success.
• Job Search Support: Recommend job opportunities, provide personalized job search strategies and job matching to connect resume clients with employers.
• Research: Actively research potential employers, market and advocate for clients to potential employers, leveraging industry connections and networking opportunities.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and regular updates on their job search progress.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about job market trends, industry demands, and new job opportunities to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
• Data Analysis & Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job applications, and feedback to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
• Process Improvements: Identify and implement ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in resume distribution and job search support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current or former experience as a professional resume writer with 3+ years of experience is required. Preference given to Certified Professional Resume Writers (CPRW) or similarly certified.
• Proven experience in resume writing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role with a focus on reverse recruiting.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to carefully review multiple career documents, glean critical information, and identify perfect job matches based on client experience, education, skills, and preferences.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all professional levels.
• Proficient in using social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and databases for employer sourcing.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation:
