Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Revit Drafter to join our dynamic group.
Position Overview:
As a Revit Drafter at Senticon Design, you will play a pivotal role in our design team, providing essential drafting and modeling support for our various projects and teams. Your expertise in Revit will be instrumental in transforming conceptual designs into detailed models and drawings, ensuring precision and efficiency in our delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings using Revit.
Collaborate with project teams to understand and execute design requirements.
Ensure all models and drawings meet industry and company standards.
Assist in the development of BIM strategies and implementation.
Manage and maintain project documentation and drawing files.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafting staff.
Daily operation:
You’ll work directly with our consulting team internally and external BIM teams to design technology systems for corporate clients – These systems are comprised of other manufacturer equipment with infrastructure (conduits, power etc)
Our consultants will design these systems in a markup tool/spreadsheet/internal tools which you will create in Revit
We sometimes build our own simple spaces or we utilize client/architect models through Autodesk BIM360/Construction Cloud
Potentially load other models (mechanical & lighting for example) to coordinate our equipment
We have a library of families but occasionally need to make our own with proper parameters
Use software like Asana to receive and create tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient in Revit with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Strong understanding of drafting techniques and building codes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
