Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Revit Drafting and Designer Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position requires a disciplined and focused individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. The initial engagement will be a 2-month trial period, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Utilize expert-level knowledge of Revit (2024 or 2025) to create detailed and accurate construction documents.
Apply understanding of basic light frame construction in drafting and design tasks.
Ensure compliance with US building standards and codes.
Pay meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality work.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Identify and report any design errors promptly to supervisors.
Use SketchUp and Enscape for various design tasks.

Qualifications:
Expert-level knowledge of Revit 2024 or 2025: Proven experience and proficiency are required.
Basic light frame construction understanding: Must know construction techniques and standards.
US building standards experience: Familiarity with regulations and standards applicable in the US.
Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Error detection and reporting: Ability to identify errors and notify supervisors promptly.
Remote work discipline: Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely.
Dedicated working situation: Looking for committed individuals who do not take on other freelance projects.
Other skills: Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape.
Technical Requirements: Must have a fast internet connection and a good workstation capable of running a Revit environment efficiently.

Important Notes:
Language Proficiency: Good English skills are a must.

Commitment:
This is not a freelance position for those juggling multiple projects. We seek a dedicated full-time employee.
Trial Period: The first 2 months will be a trial period to assess fit and performance.
