The Role:

As the RevOps, Lead Gen and Marketing Technology Manager at Brainiact, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our tech stack and marketing efforts. This role is crucial for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is adept at juggling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee the strategic planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our tech stack, with a focus on automation and scalability.

Lead Generation: Spearhead initiatives to generate leads for our franchise partners, enhancing the sales pipeline and supporting business growth.

Data Insights and Analytics: Utilise data analysis and visualisation tools to gather insights, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions that drive success.

Tech Stack Ownership: Manage, evaluate, and optimise our technology stack, including CRM and marketing tools, to support operational excellence.

Enablement: Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure maximum adoption and efficient use of technology across the franchise.

Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met and operations are streamlined.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing operations and tech stacks.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields with a strong technological orientation.
– Hands-on experience with CRM systems; proficiency with HubSpot is highly regarded.
– OPTIONAL: Expertise in Dubsado and Zoho, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualisation tools.
– Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
– Excellent communication skills and adept at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Previous experience in a start-up or franchise business model is advantageous.
– Outstanding English skills both written and verbal.
