Job Description

We are looking for a RIGHT HAND for our CEO! If you are ready for a position that will allow you to grow, learn and execute! This is a FULL-TIME job that will require your full attention. This CEO is ready for an all-star that can remove stress, overwhelm, and streamline operations.

We want you to come with all the personality & confidence. This CEO is a fire cracker and wants to work with someone who is similar to her (but in doing) she just wants to go back to being the face!!

We like to call this an “intraprenuer” = you don’t want your own business, but you know what it takes to run your own business!

This position involves integrating and executing various tasks related to project management, customer communication, funnel building, email writing, and overall operational efficiency.

MUST KNOW HOW TO BUILD AUTOMATIONS AND/OR PERSONAL ASSISTANT SKILLS

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Management:**
– Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful completion of projects.
– Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
– Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

2. **Customer Communication:**
– Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with customers.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
– Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

3. **Funnel Building:**
– Design and optimize sales funnels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
– Analyze funnel performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to align funnels with overall marketing strategies.

4. **Email Writing:**
– Create engaging and compelling email campaigns that drive user engagement and retention.
– Tailor email content to specific target audiences and align with marketing goals.
– Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

5. **Integration and Execution:**
– Streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
– Integrate various tasks and responsibilities to ensure a seamless operational experience.
– Adapt to changing priorities and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience in project management, customer communication, email writing, and funnel building.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.
– Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
– Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Full-time: flexible time zone, but it will be 40 hours with a set schedule
