Ring Central Administrator

We are seeking experienced IT Support Specialists who have previously worked with RingCentral. As an IT Support Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries from employees and clients regarding software, hardware, and other IT-related matters
-Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems including servers, networks, and desktop computers
-Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure
-Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles
-Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and security
-Provide training to employees on IT-related matters and new software and hardware applications

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Must pass the Device specs qualification i5 11th or 10th Gen, i7 8th Gen, Macbook, Ryzen 5 with 12gb RAM.
-Must have internet back up and power back up.
-2-3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably at RingCentral or Twilio
-Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware systems, including servers, networks, and -desktop computers
-Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
-Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards, including SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
