Department: Technical Division – Managed Services Dept

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive RMM Analyst to join our Managed Services Department within the Technical Division. The RMM Analyst is responsible for ensuring the health and functionality of devices within the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, primarily through resolving Antivirus and Patch alerts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain healthy device status in the RMM platform by resolving Antivirus and Patch alerts.
Monitor endpoint performance and manage asset inventory.
Conduct patch management to ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
Respond to and resolve alerts and notifications within the RMM platform.
Utilize remote access and control features to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Automate routine tasks through scripting and workflows.
Generate compliance reports and ensure adherence to reporting requirements.
Coordinate with account managers and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
Use Powershell, shell, or other scripting languages to automate and streamline processes.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues.
Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in IT or a related field, OR 1-2 years of experience in IT or a related field.
Proven experience or certifications with RMM platforms; knowledge of Datto RMM is a plus.
Proficiency in using Autotask (ticketing), Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Zoho.
Knowledge of Powershell, shell, or other scripting languages is necessary.
Experience:

One to two years of proven experience in a technical support role within a helpdesk or service desk environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Hands-on experience in resolving antivirus and patch alerts within RMM platforms.
Experience in monitoring endpoint performance and managing asset inventory.
Proven track record in patch management and ensuring system security.
Familiarity with compliance reporting requirements and industry standards.
Experience in managing alerts and notifications, as well as remote access and control features.
Demonstrated ability to automate tasks through scripting and workflows.
Experience in coordinating with account managers and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
