Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RN with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our
team. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with business acumen to effectively promote our healthcare
products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of both medical practices and sales strategies to drive
business growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote healthcare products and services.
Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate leads and expand customer base.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educational sessions for clients and healthcare
professionals. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement.

Expertise:
Utilize clinical knowledge and experience to provide insights and guidance on healthcare products and services.
Conduct clinical assessments, evaluations, and consultations as needed to support sales efforts.
Provide training and education to clients and sales team members on medical products, procedures, and best
practices.

Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry
stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales
process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer
satisfaction.

Performance:
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
Track sales metrics, performance indicators, and market data to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and
initiatives. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, employees, and external partners to convey the organization’s vision,
values, and strategic direction. Champion change initiatives and drive organizational transformation to adapt to evolving market dynamics and business needs. Articulate a compelling vision for the organization and inspire others to rally behind it.
Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with active RN license required; USRN preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience and 2 years nursing management & leadership ; experience in US
Healthcare is a plus
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and CRM software.
